For Children Summer months During June and July, children ages 3-12 are invited to Disciple Hall during the sermon time of the 10:15 a.m. Sunday service for a story and a craft. Children will return to the service after the sermon. During August, there will be one Sunday worship service and children will stay in worship. September to May During the 10:15 a.m. Sunday worship, children ages 3-7 will go upstairs after the children¹s moment to participate in Children Worship and Wonder, a faith-formation experience. Older children (ages 8-12) will also leave after the children's moment for their Young Disciples class and will return to worship for communion. For Youth For middle school and high school youth, there will be opportunities for learning, fellowship and fun which will be announced in the church newsletters and Sunday bulletins. There are regional events (snow rally, regional prom, summer camp, river rally) and opportunities in our own church for service and fellowship (spring break mission trip, food drive) and congregational events in which youth are encouraged to participate. Weekday Education Opportunities Various workshops and classes are held throughout the year to build and strengthen faith foundations and empower us to live and serve faithfully.These growth opportunities are announced in the church newsletter and are open to all who are interested. Fellowship Groups
- Christian Women's Fellowship meets monthly for study, fellowship and service. They usually meet on the first Thursday of each month. All women are invited to join the C.W.F.
- Disciples on Wheels is a group that goes camping together for a few days once a month from March to October. It is open to anyone who enjoys the outdoors, fun and fellowship. Recreational vehicles are not necessary; some stay in nearby hotels.
